    THE BUTCHER’S DAUGHTER

    Heather Tierney created the concept, branding and design for The Butcher’s Daughter, a juice bar and vegetarian cafe in Nolita. The cafe is a pretty, feminine take on a masculine, old-world butcher shop (highlighting veggies instead of meat).  The Butcher’s Daughter has won numerous awards for it’s unique concept, as well as the quality and creativity behind the food and juice menus.

    APOTHEKE

    Together with co-owner and co-founder Christopher Tierney, Heather Tierney created the concept for Apotheke, a speakeasy cocktail bar in Chinatown, modeled after old European apothecaries. Apotheke has won numerous awards for it’s cutting-edge design, unique apothecary approach to mixology and cocktail excellence.

    PULQUERIA

    Following the success of Apotheke, Heather and Christopher collaborated again to create the concept, branding and identity for Pulqueria, an authentic Mexican restaurant and bar inspired by the vibrant street markets of Mexico City.  Pulqueria is the first establishment outside of Mexico to serve pulque, a celebrated alcoholic beverage made from the agave plant.

    Wanderlust founder Heather Tierney created the concept and full branding package for Sorted, a high-end boutique concierge service in New York City that specializes in restaurant reservations and private events.  Sorted features a monthly newsletter, invitations to tastings and custom restaurant bookings tailored to individual preferences.
